S1-140 Rod Infill
How does a rod infill work?
Instead of using glass or wire rope, a rod balustrade system uses a ‘rod’ infill such as the S1-140 Rod Infill, to complete the look.
Sleek, smooth and effortlessly stylish, rod infills offer a contemporary, industrial feel and work well across a wide range of settings – in both outdoor and indoor environments.
What parts do I need to secure a rod infill?
First and foremost, you’ll need the rod infill itself. You’ll also then require rod holders – such as our 12mm Rod Holder – connectors and elbow joints. In many instances wall plates will also be necessary.
If this is your first time fitting a wire or steel rod balustrades system, we’d recommend having a chat with one of the experienced members of our team. Share with us the details of your design and we can help to identify everything you’ll need for a successful project.
Don’t forget we offer assistance with everything from design and supply, right through to installation of the final balustrade system. So if you’re in any doubt, and would appreciate more of a helping hand, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
